Please note that the serial numbers must be given as manufacturers and suppliers will not accept products back without this information. Following this procedure will ensure your return is dealt with efficiently.
When returning equipment please include original invoice along with the Return Authorisation Number (RAN) clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Packaging Goods for Return In all cases where goods are to be returned to us and it is not possible to use the original packaging, then please ensure that the goods to be returned are sufficiently packaged and cushioned to provide protection against any reasonably predictable shocks, puncturing, scratching and/or damage that may occur during carriage, handling and/or sorting. Please make sure the RAN is clearly marked on the outer packaging. Once you have submitted the claims form, you will be contacted within 24 hours during the business week.
