The 522GW forward facing dash cam is fitted with a polarising filter to dramatically reduce windscreen glare and reflection. It uses a rotating bezel so you can adjust the lens angle vertically to exactly how you need in your vehicle. Also featuring a 140°, 6-layer wide angle f1.3 lens to produce an exceptional 1440p high definition image at 30 frames per second (or 1080p at 60 frames per second). Recording at night time is also enhanced with the latest night vision technology.

With Bluetooth 4.2 and wi-fi connectivity, the 522GW automatically synchronizes files straight to your smartphone or tablet. Footage can easily be shared using the MyNextbase Connect app on Android and iOS. Minimum phone requirements are Bluetooth version 4.2, Android 6 or above and iOS 13 or above.

On top of that the Nextbase 522GW also includes an Intelligent Parking Mode feature which is included with most Nextbase dashcams offering added vehicle protection. As soon as the vehicle ignition is turned off the dash camera switches into the intelligent parking mode, switching everything off except for the g-sensor. If a bump is detected the camera will wake up and start recording.
