Daltec offers a fantastic shipping service. We offer next working day delivery on all orders made up to 4.30pm Monday to Friday plus NO SURCHARGE on credit card payments, an outstanding service that can’t be beaten!

Not only are we very competitive in our industry, but we provide a great level of service which includes:

We work hard to ensure all our deliveries arrive on time but sometimes events occur that are out of our control so we have some Terms and Conditions:

Daltec AI Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to deliver goods by the agreed delivery dates or if no dates are stated, within a reasonable time. Daltec AI Ltd shall not be liable for the late delivery or non-delivery of any goods owing to any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, and delivery of any goods shall be suspended for so long as such event or circumstance lasts. Daltec AI Ltd shall be entitled to withhold delivery of any goods where any amounts payable by the Buyer to the Company are overdue on any account whatsoever.

Returns & Replacements

We hope that you’re always pleased with your purchase from Daltec, but we understand that every now and then you may need to return goods to us. We have set out the main reasons you may have for returning an item within our returns policy page. Simply follow the returns process which applies to you, but of course, we would welcome a phone call or email to resolve any issues:

Shopping the Daltec online store couldn’t be easier. Simply navigate your way to the products of your choice via the red navigation bar at the top of the site. Once you have found the product or products that you are looking for you can easily add them to your basket by selecting the ADD TO BASKET button. When you have added all of the products you require to your basket you can then view your selections by selecting the cart button located on in the top right area of any page on the site. Once on the Cart page simply check your order, proceed to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

At Daltec we want our customers to be 100% safe in the knowledge that their payment information is going to be kept safe and secure at all times. This is why we offer our customers the ability to either pay with a credit or debit card or to securely checkout with PayPal whether you have a PayPal account or not.

All prices displayed on the Daltec website do not include VAT. If you sign up for and are granted a Daltec Trade account then when you login you will see our catalogue prices. The VAT for a registered trade account holder will be added to the shopping cart at the end of your shopping experience.

From time to time Daltec will have special promotions on certain products available within our store. Daltec Reserve the right to end or remove these promotions at any time and without notice. For more information read Daltec’s Terms and Conditions.

Viewing Orders

If you have an account set up with Daltec then you can view your previous and current orders by logging in to your account page via the My Account button, located at the top of every page, and selecting the My Orders option in the left navigation pane.

Updating Account Information

You can update your account information very easily by logging into your account via the My Account button. Once you have logged in you be presented with your Dashboard, an overview of your account. To the left you will find your Orders, Addresses and your Account Details. Simply select which one you wish to edit.
