Daltec offer a fantastic shipping service. We guarantee next day delivery on all orders made up to 5.30pm Monday to Friday plus NO Surcharge on credit card payments, an outstanding service that can't be beaten!

We work hard to ensure all our deliveries arrive on time but sometimes events occur that are out of our control so we have some Terms and Conditions:

Daltec AI Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to deliver goods by the agreed delivery dates or if no dates are stated, within a reasonable time. Daltec AI Ltd shall not be liable for the late delivery or non delivery of any goods owing to any event or circumstance beyond it's reasonable control, and delivery of any goods shall be suspended for so long as such event or circumstance lasts. Daltec AI Ltd shall be entitled to withhold delivery of any goods where any amounts payable by the Buyer to the Company are overdue on any account whatsoever.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with our privacy statement. Daltec AI may change this policy from time to time by updating the Privacy Policy page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

Returns & Replacements

We hope that you're always pleased with your purchase from Daltec, but we understand that every now and then you may need to return goods to us. We have set out the main reasons you may have for returning an item within our returns policy page. Simply follow the returns process which applies to you, but of course we would welcome a phone call or email to resolve any issues:

Ordering

Shopping the Daltec on-line store couldn't be easier. Simply navigate your way to the products section of the site which can be found under the Automotive solutions tab regardless of which page of the site you are on. Once you have found the product or products that you are looking for you can easily add them to your cart by selecting the ADD TO CART button. when you have added all of the products you require to your cart you can then view your selections by selecting the the Cart button located on in the top right area of any page on the site. Once on the Cart page simply check your order, proceed to checkout and follow the on screen instructions.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

At Daltec we want our customer to be 100% safe in the knowledge that their payment information is going to be kept safe and secure at all times. This is why we offer our customers the ability to either pay with a credit or debit card or to securely checkout with PayPal whether you have a paypal account or not.

All prices displayed on the Daltec website are inclusive of VAT. If you sign up for and are granted a Daltec Trade account then when you login you will see our catalogue prices excluding VAT. The VAT for a registered trade account holder will be added to the shopping cart at the end of your shopping experience.

From time to time Daltec will have special promotions on certain products available within our store. Daltec Reserve the right to end or remove these promotions at any time and without notice. For more information read Daltec's Terms and Conditions.

Viewing Orders

If you have an account set up with Daltec then you can view your previous and current orders by logging in to your account page and selecting the My Orders option in the left navigation pane.

If you used our Guest checkout option and do not have an account with us then you can select the Track My Order link found in the footer area of all pages on the Daltec Site and enter the order information of the item you would like to track.

Updating Account Information

You can update your account information very easily by logging into your Daltec on-line account. Once you have logged in you are presented with Recent Orders in the main content area of the page and below that you will find your contact information, News letter Subscriptions, Address book and shipping address. To edit your information simply select edit found next to the option you would like to edit. To edit the address book simply select manage addresses.
